Cindy Reid is a recognized business advisor, strategist and educator with more than three decades of experience working directly with business owners and professional advisors. Throughout her career, she has helped thousands of entrepreneurs strengthen business value, improve readiness for future transitions and align business decisions with long-term personal and financial goals.
Her work spans value acceleration, transition planning, risk mitigation, advisor development and integrated business strategy. Cindy has also played a significant role in developing educational programs, advisory frameworks and practical methodologies that have helped advisors deliver greater value to owner-led businesses. Her experience provides much of the foundational thinking behind Next Era IQ's approach to decision intelligence for value creation and exit readiness.
Jennifer Davis, B.Comm (Hons.), CBA

Jennifer Davis brings extensive experience in advisor enablement, operational strategy, business planning and professional education. Over her career, she has helped build and scale advisory programs, training initiatives and strategic frameworks supporting both advisors and business owners.
Jennifer's expertise includes process design, operational improvement, curriculum development and translating complex concepts into practical tools to drive action. Her work has focused on helping advisors deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences while supporting business owners through growth, value creation and transition planning. At Next Era IQ, she helps shape the systems, workflows and learning frameworks powering the platform's advisor experience and integrated Coach.
